When Lee and Nick contacted me about photographing their wedding, I was excited! I had never been to Ever After Farms Blueberry Barn before, but it was an incredible location for a wedding. The white barn is beautiful, and the surrounding property is full of trees and fields that make for great photos. We started the day by capturing the getting ready portion of the wedding day. Nick had some awesome socks with Marvel characters on them, and his wooden bowtie was unique. We took advantage of the daylight and took photos with Lee's mom and the girls helping her get ready into her dress. Lastly, for the start of the day, we did a first look with Nick that turned out beautifully. The ceremony under the tree looked terrific, but sadly the sun decided to hide behind some clouds when the bridal session time came. However, we were able to use lighting magic to get the wedding couple the sunset photos they wanted. At the end of the night, right after all the dances, I wanted to make something special for Nick and Lee. I knew I wasn't going to be there for their grand exit, so I decided to grab a few of the bubble guns and set up lights in their ceremony aisle. With the help of their friends, we created a one-of-a-kind photo that they will cherish forever! Thank you, Nick and Lee, for letting me be a part of your wedding day!
